Your satisfaction is important to us! Please read our refund policy below. At present we do not deliver any food. Only collection orders. We also do not take orders over the phone. 

Refunds are offered for incorrect, missing, or damaged items caused by us.

If you cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing your order then we will be able to cancel and refund your order.

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.  We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 Working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  All third party refunds should be directed to the specific party as they have their own terms and conditions.

If your order was delivered by a third-party service (e.g., Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Food Hub, etc.), please contact them directly for issues related to delivery, delays, damages or refund.
